Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of an EU country and in good health (both mentally and physically).
- Meet the academic qualifications:
- Undergraduate applicants: High school graduate, under 25 years old.
- Master’s applicants: Bachelor’s degree holder, under 35 years old.
- Doctoral applicants: Master’s degree holder, under 40 years old.
- General scholars: High school graduate, under 45 years old.
- Senior scholars: Master’s degree holder or associate professor, under 50 years old.
- Demonstrate Chinese language proficiency:
- HSK Level 3 for Chinese-taught undergraduate/general scholar programs.
- HSK Level 4 for Chinese-taught master’s/doctoral programs.
- No HSK requirement for English-taught programs or Chinese language studies.
