BLCU University fully funded Scholarships 2025 are Live

Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) invites talented international students to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship – Bilateral Program (Type A) for the 2025 academic year. This scholarship aims to foster international exchange, enhance global understanding, and support outstanding students pursuing undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, or research programs in China.

Scholarship Benefits

• Tuition Fees: Fully covered.
• Accommodation: Free university dormitory or accommodation subsidy.
• Monthly Stipend:
  • Undergraduates: CNY 2,500
  • Master’s students/general scholars: CNY 3,000
  • Doctoral students/senior scholars: CNY 3,500
• Comprehensive Medical Insurance:
  • CNY 800 per year for programs over six months.
  • CNY 400 for programs less than six months.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a country other than China.
2. Academic Excellence:
   • Undergraduate applicants: High school diploma, under 25 years old.
   • Master’s applicants: Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years old.
   • Doctoral applicants: Master’s degree, under 40 years old.
   • Scholars: Relevant qualifications, under 45-50 years old.
3. Language Proficiency:
   • For Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 3 or Level 4 (depending on the program).
   • For non-Chinese-taught programs: Must meet BLCU language requirements.

2. Contact the Chinese embassy or consulate in your home country for a recommendation.
3. Complete the online application on the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System.
4. Submit all required documents, including academic records, study plan, recommendation letters, and a non-criminal record certificate.
