Fully Funded Czech Government Scholarships for 2026 for Zambians

Zambian students now have an exceptional opportunity to pursue advanced studies in Europe — with full financial support — through the Government of the Czech Republic’s scholarship programme for the 2026/2027 academic year. This initiative, part of the Czech Republic’s long-term development cooperation, has supported Zambian scholars since 2017 and continues to open doors for academic and professional growth on a global scale.

Funding Package

The Czech Government Scholarship covers tuition fees in full, provides a monthly stipend to support living costs, and includes health insurance during the study period. Successful applicants will also receive accommodation support in university dormitories, ensuring they can focus entirely on their studies without financial burden.

Who Can Apply? (Short Eligibility Criteria)

The programme is open to citizens of Zambia who hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and wish to pursue follow-up Master’s or Doctoral studies at accredited Czech universities. All study programmes are taught in English and span diverse fields including agriculture, environment, engineering, finance, mathematics, ICT, and cybersecurity, among others. Applicants must be prepared to study full-time in the Czech Republic and meet the specific academic and language requirements of their chosen programme.
