Eligibility Criteria

• English Proficiency: Minimum qualifications include:

  • Grade ‘C’ in IGCSE English

• First-Time Applicants Only: Current or former students of Brunei tertiary institutions, Bruneian citizens, and permanent residents of Brunei are not eligible.
