- Application form (generated online).
- Passport copy.
- Notarized highest diploma and academic transcripts.
- Language proficiency certificates (HSK, IELTS, or TOEFL, as applicable).
- Study plan or research proposal (min. 500 words).

- Physical examination form.
- Non-criminal record report.
