Advance Your Research in Germany with the Prestigious Humboldt Fellowship

The Humboldt Research Fellowship supports postdoctoral and experienced researchers from all nationalities (excluding Germany and Brazil) for a 6–24-month research stay in Germany. Fellows conduct independent research at a German institution of their choice with support from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.

Benefits
Postdocs: Monthly stipend of €2,700
Experienced researchers: Monthly stipend of €3,200
Additional benefits: Family allowances, travel grants, language courses, and alumni support

Eligibility
Postdocs: Completed a PhD within the last four years
Experienced researchers: Completed a PhD within the last twelve years
Strong academic record and research publications

Application Deadline
The Selection Committee meets in March, July, and November. Apply well in advance!
